Why did you become a therapist?
I grew up experiencing a range of family life struggles and was fortunate to have a long and meaningful relationship with a therapist who was caring and empowering of me at very sensitive times in my life.

As a passionate and dedicated therapist, I believe in the importance of self-healing and growth both personally and professionally, therefore I participate in ongoing personal and professional development processes to enhance my work with those who seek my support.

What’s the one thing you wish all clients knew about you?
I aim to create a confidential space where you and your partner can expect to be treated with compassion, respect and understanding in order for you to feel safe enough to work through delicate and painful relationship tensions. My work with you will involve advocating for positive change in your relationships, working with you to build a greater sense of self-awareness, identify areas that you feel need change, and support you to restore emotional safety, security and intimacy in your relationships.

I use a multidisciplinary approach to work with a range of life’s challenges and relationship struggles and to nurture emotional bonding experiences. I aim to be respectful of your relationship type and how you and your partner or partners decide to negotiate the type of relationship that works for you. This includes non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships.

What inspires you?
Watching people make transformative changes to their families and relationships where they had once lost hope.
